My router is coming to the end of its life, and I can't see if there is anywhere to request a new one. I didn't receive one when I renewed my contract last year, but wasn't sure if I should have done or not. Could someone please let me know how to request a new router please? Thank you

Thank you, I've updated my details.

 

The router just seizes up and kicks me off the network on a regular basis, meaning I have to restart it. As I'm working from home this isn't ideal, especially during the middle of Teams calls.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:


  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Alternative contact number

  •

It depends how the router is functioning, rather than its age, @Melissatee.

 

You'd need to explain why you think it is reaching the end of its life - new ones are only sent out if you have clearly got faults happening, and to help diagnose problems with your service, not automatically with a renewal. 

 

You'll need to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for staff to identify your account. 

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
