I have conflicting info over my renewal and expected to have received my voucher for my Alexa and smart plug by now. Can you please advise. My service is live and I read that I should of received this by now.

Hi again,
I assume there is still a backlog as I’ve not yet received anything. I don’t wish to contact customer services on the phone as they give a different answer everytime.
