I see some others have the same issue, but not wanting to jump on someone else’s post, I have the same problem.
I ordered Future Fibre 500 via TopCashback and it is not showing in my account. I raised a ticket with them and they need the order number starting with either N7, N8 or S.
I have spoken with TalkTalk customer service via chat and phone and the best I can get is a number starting with PO- but TopCashback won’t accept this.
I’m really stuck and choosing TalkTalk was based on £157 cashback, so I’m thinking I might be best to cancel, but wanted to see if others have been successful first?
