Hi I have problem with accessing my online account, just upgraded my broadband to ultra fast fibre 500, but I couldn't access my account before upgrade, been told by talktalk technical team it will be OK after my new service go live, it's live now and still can't log in

Yes, it does seem to take for ever. 

 

Keep in touch with the Future Fibre support team - forum staff will not be back on here before Monday,  @Adamkos82.

Been in touch with talktalk tech team again,

It's look like there is not solution  for this issue at this moment, "Garry" told me my account is not ready due to upgrade, but my account had same issue before an upgrade, and it could be weeks before It's ready, never heard anything like this before, just very frustrating

Several people have reported it taking for ever to get their account set up with Future Fibre, @Adamkos82.

What error do you get when you try to log in? 

 

You may need to call the future fibre team.

@Adamkos82, this may be a matter for the specialist Future Fibre team, but complete as much as possible of your personal information details and we'll see if staff on the community are able to help. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu that starts with "email", choose Personal Information. Complete that and Save Changes.
