I spoke to someone on the phone on 20th Jan (Wednesday) and agreed to a new contact for 18 months which gave me fibre 65, unlimited calls and also the offer for Netflix. I have had no email regarding the Netflix and I cannot see my unlimited calls included. Can someone please reassure me and sort this out for me asap as I am really worried. Thanks
