Hi Nameer, if you're seeing that message when you try adding a mail address to your MyAccount then I'm afraid it's because there's an incident open at the moment. We were told it would be fixed by the end of November, but that's been and gone. We're still waiting for an update as to when we can expect a fix.

OK, heads up that you need to update your Community profile for TalkTalk Support to help you.
Follow up questions from me, do you have a live TalkTalk home broadband service? And, is your TalkTalk home broadband working fine and your email management via your customer MyAccount has been working fine... up to today?

Are you a TalkTalk MailPlus subscription customer? The 'Functions not available' error message is a known fault.
