Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

Hi,
I run a software company and our clients use our web applications to send messages to their members. We use a third-party email provider called Netcore.com to send the messages. Since 19th April 2022, one of our clients has had all emails to talktalk.net email addresses rejected.
Here are some examples of the responses received:
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 q7rNneDNz087kq7rNniXkI DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qGIBn2xHsfkOSqGIBn12Q7 DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qGLJnHkqfIVnSqGLKns8Qv DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |

62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qIQCnyh5INQzoqIQDnBeic DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qIY3nSP0QHAwIqIY3nBp8H DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qXo7nwcZCe3d8qXo7nLMEK DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
62.24.202.42 - smtp;552 5.2.0 qXopnNklRvUcNqXoqnlfbp DMARC Verification Failed (TT602) |
This is for a client that sends from suttonchurchestennis.co.uk. We have set up their DNS as instructed by Netcore for SPF, DMARC etc.
Please can you let us know what the problem is and how it can be resolved?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Joanne

Hello again Joanne
I would say that the TalkTalk inbound mail server does not like the SPF macro set up for netcore. Why is it using the source IP address in reverse?
v=spf1 exists:%{ir}._spf.netcorecloud.net -all
Does a reverse lookup find a valid record?
