Hello, for some weeks now I can log in to my TalkTalk email account. Every time I log in I get a wrong password notification and if I try to request my password I get an email address that does not have a TalkTalk domain associated with it. So not sure what happens. kindly advise what I need to do.
Talktalk account email address: gmail address obscured for customer security
changed it from personal domain obscured for customer security thinking the firewall was bouncing the email services.

It appears that your MyAccount is part of an incident. Unfortunately I can't help with incident issues it will require the incident to be cleared in order to resolve this for you.

HERE IS THE ERROR AM GETTING. It looks like you're already registered with TalkTalk. Please try to login. to your account or reset your password.
I only need access to the TalkTalk email not sure what else to do tbh

oh by the way I can still log in to my TalkTalk account with XXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY READONS but can't access my TalkTalk email via the same details

I tried to register again and I got this error after entering my information
name, TalkTalk acct number dob
It looks like your details haven't been recognised. Check to make sure you've typed everything incorrectly.

Ok it's deregistered. You just need to go back to MyAccount and register again with your preferred email address.

Just to be clear you don't have any TalkTalk email addresses. If you mean accessing your broadband account then I can deregister it for you so that you can register again from scratch, But I'm not permitted to tell you what the login is.

Hello, no I can't log in to TalkTalk email via https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ and when I try to reset my password I am getting a domain does not have a TalkTalk DNS or something

Yes, I always use XXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS as my email account but for some unknown reason, I can log in, and request a password that is why I changed the email to XXXXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS hoping that will fix it. However, have I been using the wrong email address?

That's a gmail account that you use to login to MyAccount, but it's not a TalkTalk mail account.
