Obviously the official regulator will have the most current up to date information.

I'd like to know why i have not received automatic compensation when i was unable to make or receive phone calls from my landline from 14th August 2020 when i reported it and not reinstated until 9th September. Perhaps someone can clarify thus for me.

@Charlie2010 Probably because 30 days have not yet elapsed between bills, start your own topic if you want further help.

Thanks. I was just thinking it says 30days from fault fix nothing about appearing on later bills but i suppose it would make sense. No email even to say i will be getting anything.
