From 1 April 2019, the Automatic Compensation Scheme means broadband and landline customers will get money back from their provider when things go wrong, without having to ask for it.

I'd like to know why i have not received automatic compensation when i was unable to make or receive phone calls from my landline from 14th August 2020 when i reported it and not reinstated until 9th September. Perhaps someone can clarify thus for me.

Thanks. I was just thinking it says 30days from fault fix nothing about appearing on later bills but i suppose it would make sense. No email even to say i will be getting anything.
