Between 1.30 and 3.13 pm om 28th Jan. I completely lost all Broadband and phone connection, I phoned and texed TT. They said that it was a network fault. Yesterday 30th Openreach came and found out which box it was in. It seems that some engineer had disconnected my line by mistake, this they rectified and now I am back online, they did it within 30 minutes. Now I am a happy bunnie. This is the first major problem I have had. Years ago I had a few little ones. I forget how long I have been with TT.
