I am trying to download my mobile bills from 2020, but they are not appearing under "My Account" and my transaction history claims that I am a new customer with no history (incorrect as I have had this account since 2017).
How can I get this corrected and access my documents?
I need this in order to check my call records for an official matter. If this cannot be resolved quickly, is there another way to retrieve my calls list from a specific period?

Mobile billing in your customer MyAccount has the last 12 months of itemised calls made.
For anything more than 12 months you'd ask the TalkTalk Mobile team.
