Help! I have been notified by text and email that I have exceeded my allowance. Mobile used by my wife who is within her allowance every month in fact account in credit. On checking there have been charges TODAY data usage 3 lots adding up to £76 . Not possible. Tried to contact all closed even the report stolen phones. Its a nightmare. Dont know if further charges will be made.
Will try to contact tomorrow.
Any thoughts please?

Phone support is closed except for accessibility and sales on a Sunday.
Your best bet would be Chat, after 9am.
