Charged for cancelled engineer appointment

I cancelled an engineer appointment 9 days in advance and have the chat transcript to prove this but have been charged £30. What do I do now?

Hi @Rachel85

 

I've located the transcript and can see the cancellation request.  The charge will be removed from the latest bill. 

 

You will be able to see it in the Transaction history in My Account.
