We have been trying for months to change the password on My account as nothing seems to work and every time we go through the motions of forgotten password, 6 digit code is entered it always says there is an error. We have tried endles talktalk chats which have been hopeless and have never resolved the problem. Tried different browsers and ipads and laptops but still comes up with an error. Cannot see our online bill until this is sorted. Any help would be so appreciated. Many thanks

Still not resolved. We have cleared all cookies. Tried logging in on a new lap top but still get the same error. We have since been told that we are not registered so why do you send us an email to say the bill is ready for viewing and also when we try to re register it tells us we are already registered. So very frustrating now as it’s been months of trying!
