I have been without catch-up for around 3 months and conincidentally so does a friend of mine also with fibre. Settings just gives that no BB is connected.I have followed all the recommendations , Ethernet cables to Router and TV box which appear ok.Have re-paired network connectors and have 2 lights on each.Still am told not connected to BB.I have been through this many times without success. Worked ok originally ; funny that my friend in different area has same problem ; thought maybe something to do with the Lock Down.
Does anyone have same problems/suggestions

Have you tried an Ethernet cable from the router to the box? Might be a bit far, luckily I have a 15m cable for emergencies!
Also try using the powerline adapters with a laptop and see if they work that way. At least you can confirm whether they're working or not.
