My HD channels (101-105) are showing a black screen, although the guide is showing programme info. SD channels work fine and I can stream through iPlayer or Netflix etc.
I have tried a factory reset, soft reset, removed all cables and replaced cables.

Can you connect the aerial direct to your TV and see if the HD channels are showing correctly on the TV.
