We have a tv in our holiday home that is not a smart tv and friends who visit have accessed Netflix in the past by logging into their accounts. The issue is that Netflix has now disappeared from the menu (list of channels on the guide) so no-one can watch Netflix. Other subscription channels such as Amazon Prime, Sky and BT Sports all show on the list of channels albeit that we can’t view Sky and BT because we don’t have subscriptions. We have no problem accessing Amazon Prime.  After 2 sessions of an hour each on the phone to Talk Talk their only answer was to watch Netflix on our smart phones!!! Our box is DN 372T. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? Don’t want to have to lay out for a smart tv just to watch Netflix.

You say it's disappeared from the guide, but it should be available by using the blue menu button, then going to Apps and then selecting Netflix.
