Hi there, I'm trying to get in touch via the website, but nothing is working. I signed up for the super fast broadband deal to start on the 25th August. This was also meant to come with 1 year of Amazon Prime and TV channels. On the website it says about waiting a few days for Amazon, but there's no mention of the TV package. My package only seems to be broadband on my account, but I explicitly rang up based on the advert that was put through my letterbox. My account number is ***********. Thanks, John.
