Please opt me out of the £4 TV charge, I only use the tv box for freeview. Have never bought a boost and never will and certainly don’t require multi-room as we only have a single tv.
I only found out about this charge today and find it disturbing that you are able to levy new charges in this manner on people with such little notice. £4/month is a significant amount for a lot of people and to apply it in this way is sneaky and dishonest, it should be an option to opt-in rather than have to opt-out or at least only apply it to customers who actually subscribe to boosts!.

I can opt you out of the upcoming TV charge but I'll need to confirm some security details to access your account. I'll send a PM separately with the info required.
Please note however that when you opt out of TalkTalk TV you will lose access to add and remove TV Boosts flexibly. You will lose access to TV Boost on demand content via the TalkTalk player. You will also lose access to TV on the go services via the web and Mobile App.
Also, any current recordings you have made from a Boost channel will stop working when you are no longer subscribed to that channel.
