Powerline Adaptor Fault

Hi,

 

My powerline adaptor connected to my Wifi hub has stopped working. There is no power light on it and I have tried resetting it, including the factory reset option and it makes no difference. I have checked the power socket and this is working ok.

The adaptor connected to the TV box is showing both power and Ethernet connection lights ok.

The support staff on here only work office hours, 8-5 Mon to Fri. These are the specialist team so they will sort out your problem hopefully on Monday.

I'm having the same problem, just the other way round, power adapter connected to tv isn't working, have unplugged, reset, bought new ethernet cables and still not working, did you find a solution? @RichardBr
