Hi
My parents have a Talk Talk TV box, however they have been unable to watch catch up due to the powerline adaptors not working. I've tried all the recommended trouble shooting points but think they are too old to get going again, the adaptors that is, not my parents. Can you please confirm how to order a new set for them as they are now housebound.

Can you check the account number you have added, I'm showing an account in another name when checking.
Alternatively add there home phone number so I can locate the correct account.

Please add your parents home number to the private notes of your 'Community Profile' and I'll get a reolacement set of adapters out to them.

Hi @Elizabeth28 please ensure that your parents details are in your account profile and a staff member will be able be able to help you
