My remote stopped working was told tv box was faulty was sent New box but remote still does not function properly .Done all the tricks and not getting anywhere Helppp

So now when turn tv box of and on you get opion to uguide or go to apps my tv etc but once chosen an option guide fails to work again plus can't access youview fed up paying for service can't use 😐
