My set top box DN370t is incredibly slow, is there a newer version or something else I can do to improve it’s speed. The remote control is also often unresponsive

You could try a factory reset from the main settings menu. Blue YV/Menu button on remote > Up to Settings(cog wheel) > Factory Reset (bottom right).
