How on earth do you get to speak to anyone for support, this website just keeps going round in circles when clicking on contact us or support..... MyTV has error codes, no idea how to get it working and the knowledge base gives no real useful info other than make sure its connected and switch it off and on. 

 

Come on TalkTalk, I am new to your service and from a smooth start your customer service is rapidly going down hill....

Hi

 

What error message are you getting on the TV box ?

 

Is the box connected direct to the router with a cable or do you use powerline adapters ?

If you give us details of the issue you are experiencing and the error codes then someone here will be able to help, or refer it to the OCEs if it needs technical support.
