Hi, Ive been a Talk Talk user for a couple of years now and just upgraded to Fibre 65. It says I will now start having to pay £2 for my TV box which was free before. Thing is ive never had a TV box so what can I do about this.

You will need to speak to the Loyalty Team to get this removed from your account. Staff here cannot help unfortunately
