Hi,

 

For the past month or so our TV+ box has been misbehaving. Many recordings fail, and of those that "succeed" there is usually pixelation or skipping of large parts of the show. I have tried both soft resets and a full service menu factory reset, which have not helped. TV aerial signal quality is fine, as is the internet (70+ mbps), I just believe that the TV box is on its way out! Please can you advise if it's possible to get a replacement TV box?

 

Yesterday it worked
Today it is not working
