Why has a TV package suddenly arrived on my account when I recently upgraded from Faster Fibre to Fibre65?? I have tried by phone to query this but was not given a proper answer apart from to ignore it. I did not request it nor wish to pay for a service I do not require as I subscribe to Sky TV. How can I get this removed? Am I being charged for it?
