Talk talk tv box not sent

I was upgraded a while ago to talk talk fibre 35 and have seen that it also includes tv, however I was never sent  talk talk tv box to be able to use this service. Why was this and how do I get one sent so that I can actually use a service I have been charged for?

TV is included in the package description, just because services are available. 

To get the box, you need to be paying the TV charge (£4.00 per month) AND request that they send a box (there is a charge for that too).

Talktalk no longer sends out the Plus box, so you won't be able to record programmes, @Lisa_7988.
