Hey all, 

 

As of today I was unable to play any recordings of free view channels, I did  factory reset keep recordings, restarted and was still unable to play recordings.

I have done a full reset - deleted  my recordings (crying on the inside- I am injured off work and wanted to catch up on stuff)  

Restarted and recorded a programme - waited 5 mins tried to watch and still a full black screen. 

I tried to switch off at the remote and it just froze up - switched off at the back and took about 10 mins to restart. 


I am not sure if it is related but for about 3 weeks the remote and tv have not been working correctly when it comes to recordings - takes ages to fast fwd / rewind and sometimes will not stop the recording. 

any advice on my next step please?
