Hi there,

 

My TalkTalK box has stopped recording programmes.

It has been happening ove the last 3 weeks.

I set a programme to record and it will either fail to record or record part of it about 12 mins and then you go to watch it and is says it is still recording hours after the programme has finishedBenFolgle.jpegOakIsland.jpeg

 

The Model number of the box is DN372T.01.02.P

The Serial Number is  D4QEQA9592507302

 

I have reset the box numerous times by detaching all cables and antenna. It keeps happening.

 

Any help appreciated

Thanks for replying.  Does not seem as if that provides a solution to not being able to record programmes on my existing box.

 

It is a shame I was not informed of that change in service, non recording box, when I was asked to renew my contract.

Hi Debbie,

Have conducted a Factory Restore twice now.

I am getting the same issues.

I have 3 other ocassions when it has failed to record one programme a t a time.

Thanks for that. I would have thought that after being with TalkTalk for 14 years I would have known to do that LOL.

 

I have done that now and set some programmes to record.

 

I will let you know if that works.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Have you tried a reset and a maintenance reset? How to find maintenance mode?
