I just upgraded my contract to Fibre 65 with TV but I've had no correspondence about when I will receive a tv box?

You will only receive a TV box if you specifically requested this with your order, and this is usually for a one off charge of £25.
If you did not specify you required a TV box at the time of placing your order, please call our customer loyalty colleagues who can place an order for the box.
