Youview box stuck on loading

Hi there,

 

My Youview box has drastically slowed down in the last month or so, and yesterday it seemed to give up the ghost. When I power it on, it gets stuck on "Loading" endlessly. I've tried a different ethernet cable and port into the router, I've tried a Factory Reset on the Maintenance Menu, and I've turned it off at the wall then back on again - the solutions suggested on previous threads.

 

I'm not sure if there's a known fault, or if there's something you recommend I try next, but I appreciate your prompt support!

You have posted on an old post by somebody else so it is unlikely to be picked up by a member of staff promptly and I am unable to escalate it for you from here. Could you please start your own post so that a staff member can pick this up and deal with it.
