It has been a few months that my Talk Talk broadband has been active, and for the first time I have taken a proper look at my account online. I see that my package is for broadband, phone and TV and the account sections states what is included with the TV package.
I never received a TV box at the point I ordered broadband and was unaware this was included and being paid for. Can someone advise how to receive a TV box, in order to make use of this feature?

If you did not request a TV box at the time of placing the order, our Loyalty Team can add this for you for a small charge.
