hi i have been paying for the fibre 65 bundle for months and i have still not recived anything about my tttv box and it says i have tv included with it

Hi,

 

Do you have a separate £4 charge for TV appearing on your monthly bills? It seems that TalkTalk talks about the package including TV when it doesn't. The £4 charge is usually a good indicator as to whether it is included or not.
