Hi alan 15

I'll get a set of adapters out to you and see if this helps.

Thanks

Karl.

I forgot to say, you are in the queue for a TT specialist, however they will probably ask you this before they can proceed further.

Hi @alan 15

Have you tried all of the options? Are they both showing solid green with no occasional Red or Orange showing in the middle lights.? Have you done the factory reset with both plugs in the same double socket? If so do they re-pair with solid greens in the centre light for some time, say 20 minutes or so?

I've just had to unplug mine for 20 mins after Alexa went dumb on me because of a random orange and red occuring on the plug downstairs.

Hi @alan 15

I'm guessing from what you say that you are using Power Line Adapters to connect your TT box to the router?  If so then here are a list of things to try. Sorry, there are a few so here goes :

Are they showing constant greens in the middle light with no occasional or constant orange or red lights on either plug? If a constant or flickering orange or red light is present then reset the plugs as described in the article below.

Are they connected directly into the sockets and not via an extension lead, as they should be straight into the socket?

If they are directly connected, is this a recent problem with it all working OK previously? If so then firstly unplug both plugs from their sockets and leave them for about 10-15 minutes, then re plug in and see if this has fixed the problem.

If not then here is a further list of things to try :  https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Fix-a-problem-with-your-Network-Connectors/ta-p/2284111

Please report back on how you get on.
