No reply to previous post. I upgraded to fibre broadband which included a year of amazon prime. I did not receive the email telling me how to redeem amazon prime. I have had a live chat with TT the other week and was told I would be contacted but heard nothing. How can this be resolved, very frustrating.

Really sorry, from what ive discovered there is a reduced team that are working through a backlog so it may take slightly longer than I first thought.
