I was charged in october £25 for multiroom set-up even though I cancelled my order before it was set up.
Now this month I been charged another £25 for a new tv box that I don't have and haven't even ordered. 😕
I'm also getting charged £2 p/m for 'call diversion' I don't what this is and I didn't ask for it either.

You can cancel any calling features by logging into My Account.
I didn't want it to be begin with, why would I want multiroom when I only have one box?
I am going to be refunded the £50?
What about the call diversion charges? Another service I didn't ask for.
Also, with due respect to what is going on in the country atm, this still taking an utterly ridiculous amount of time to sort out.
2 months and counting, 5 weeks since any contact, still waiting for this simple problem to be dealt with.
