one of my power line adapters has broken the other is absolutely fine but my other has no lights on and they will not connect at all. And so my tv says that I cannot use it as of course it isn’t connected to the internet. I’ve tried everything twice to get the adapters to connect but it just won’t work my tv and router is to far away for a direct Ethernet Cable and so I need a new power line adapter.
Could you please start your own thread for support as each problem is individual and needs investigating separately.
