My box has not been able to record any programmes since Thursday despite attempts to restore settings in maintenance mode.
Not sure what else to try - could it be a faulty box?
I'm sorry to hear this.
Is this is affecting all TV content, both freeview and IP channels?
Could you try another Maintenance Reset and retest?

Please can you now try a full Factory Reset from the YouView Settings Menu.
Just to advise, this will fully erase and set up the Hard Drive in the box (so you will lose any recordings)
