DN370T becoming unusable

The device is running latest software but is very slow and we cannot load certain Players, i.e. Prime Video.

I was not aware that the DN370T supported Prime Video, are you sure you have the right model number?

Well that will be why it doesn't appear in the Player menu... Need a replacement box.

I'm willing to re-sign but don't need the telephone package though it looks like it is being offered to me. How can I remove this?

You can remove any telephone boosts from within my account, but the basic line rental will always be part of the package as this is how your connection is provided.
