Help - my powerline adapter has died. Completely stopped working and we cant access Talktalk Tv

Hi can anyone help Nd tell.me how I can go about getting replacement powerline adapters. Mine are at least 5 years old and one has completely died. No response whatsoever. I have two young kids who cant have any of their favourite channels on which is not good especially in lockdown. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with talktalk to get a replacement?
