I want to keep landline and broadband service, but cancel my television services. Please can you help me? Can not find how to do this on line or by telephone.
Hi @J meakin have have you tried the loyalty team on 03451720046 ignore all the initial verbiage and answer cancel or loyalty when prompted.
Be aware though that changes to your account can be charged an admin fee when you are not within 90 days of renewal etc.
I'd just be careful to check when you phone whether this would be the case, so at least you have been informed and don't get any nasty shocks further down the road.
