No access to entertainment package channels

First Timer

Hi there, I've just found out that my mum has not been able to access any entertainment channels such as sky one since she joined talk talk in March!


Error code is IPC6023


The youview box is connected to the router via ethernet cable and it states under broadband connection "your box is connected to your router and the Internet". All other channels are available. 


She has been paying £12 a month for a service which she isn't able to use. Could someone please advise us on this issue.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number of the affected service to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.


If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
