It seems some TalkTalk customers have now been allowed to pause their Sky Sports subscription while other TalkTalk customers have not.
Can you please advise why this is the case as I haven't received an email to say I can pause it, but other customers have?
You can remove the Sky Sports boost directly via My Account.
