Status check - TV Access Charge. .

I have recently renewed my contract but all of a sudeen got an email telling me of a £4 charge that would be applied to my account for TV. I did not have any TV on the old contract, use Freeview and NowTV and made it clear with the new contract that TV was not required (transcript available if required). I have called on a couple of occassions but don't have confidence that  the TV Access Charge has been removed.

If someone could kindly confirm for me that it has been removed I would be very grateful
