I haven't been able to access anything on my tt box since monday 6/4. Everything has frozen, just shows youview loading. I've done all the online stuff. Tried a dozen times to get through by phone and nothing. So I'm paying for some thing I can't access, this can't be right. 

Can anyone help, I'm 67 years old.. thanks
