When we go to playback a recording, after selecting the program the screen goes blank. If we try and record anything new, the selected program appears but display a message 'fails to record'.
We have performed a factory reset (keeping recordings), and then a software update but this has not resolved the problem.
Please can you assist.
If a reset has not fixed, then the only option left is the full factory reset from the settings menu.
can you try this and then make some new recordings and see what happens.
