TV box issues

Hi

 

We have had this tv box for many years now and its only recently playing up. Its incredibly slow now, very slow to react, part records tv shows and temperamental internet connections.

I have reset the box several times, factory reset, and completed the +/- reset. we still have the same issue. is there anything else i can do or try?
