TV box not recording/freezing and turning off

Good Afternoon ,

 

We have been having loads of issues with our youview recording box , we have spoken to tt and reset box numerous times and they have advised a new box will be sent and an email confirmation would be sent to advise this.

 

We have not had any email so just wanted to make sure that a new box would be sent.
